EDITORIAL POLICY

OBJECTIVE OF THE BLOG

The Blog aims to establish a dynamic platform dedicated to the publication of recent works onarbitration law, fostering a space where both students and practitioners can share insights, engagein critical discourse, and contribute to the evolving landscape of arbitration practice.
 

  • The Blog aspires to create an engaging platform where recent developments in arbitration laware shared and discussed. It aims to provide a space where students and practitioners alike cancontribute their perspectives, facilitating a deeper understanding and evolution of arbitrationpractices.
     

  • Our goal is to build a vibrant forum for the publication and discussion of recent works onarbitration law. By bringing together students and professionals, the Blog seeks to inspirecritical thinking, collaborative learning, and innovative contributions to the field.
     

  • The Blog is dedicated to serving as a hub for the latest research and analysis in arbitration law,inviting contributions from both emerging and established voices in the field. We aim tocultivate a community of learners and experts who can exchange ideas, challenge prevailingnotions, and shape the future of arbitration practice.
     

  • By engaging both students and seasoned practitioners, the Blog hopes to foster a collaborativeenvironment that encourages innovation, critical debate, and the advancement of arbitrationlaw. The Blog’s objective is to establish an inclusive platform that bridges the gap betweenacademia and practice in arbitration law.

GENERAL EDITORIAL POLICY

  1. Only original manuscripts, which have not been published elsewhere, will be considered forpublication in the Indian Journal of Arbitration Law [“IJAL”] Blog.
     

  2. Co-authorship of a maximum of two authors is allowed.
     

  3. The IJAL Blog accepts submissions on a rolling basis.
     

  4. On publication in the Blog Authors are required to consent to the following:

    • The published work becomes the property of IJAL and copyright over the manuscriptshall vest with the National Law University Jodhpur after the acceptance of the manuscriptfor publication.

    • Permission of the Editors of IJAL must be obtained before any subsequentpublication/reprint and/or derivative works can take place.

     

  5. Upon acceptance, the manuscripts may be returned to the author(s) with suggestions regarding the substance and/or style to be incorporated by the author(s). Publication of the manuscript is contingent upon the incorporation of such suggestions to the full satisfaction of the board of editors.
