The Indian Journal of Arbitration Law (IJAL) and the Centre for Advanced Research and Training in Arbitration Law (CARTAL) are pleased to announce the 2nd Gary B. Born Essay Writing Competition on International Arbitration, 2017.
Organized with the support and patronage of Mr. Gary B. Born, the competition is conceived to encourage law students to write about forward looking issues in Internation Arbitration, and is open to all students enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate programme in law in any recognised university across the world.
Entries must be on one of the following themes:
I. Due Process 'Paranoia' in International Arbitration
II. Reforming ICSID Arbitration: Challenges and the Way Forward
III. Internationally Mandatory Rules and the Enforcement of Arbitration Agreements
